Self-Care
Self-Care is about learning to identify your own needs and taking the necessary steps to meet them. It's about taking the time to engage in the activities that nurture, revive, recharge, and rejuvenate you. Self-Care is all about taking the time you need to care for yourself and learning to show compassion for yourself just as you do for those you cherish. 
Creativity

Humans were made to create, but what that looks like is different for each individual. Creativity is about making connections between seemingly unrelated things. Creativity is using your imagination to create the life you always wanted.


Intention
Being intentional means engaging in an action that is done with a level of awareness, acted on deliberately, with purpose, and consciously. This allows one to slow down and enjoy the sheer process of living more. Living intentionally means making conscious choices for your life based on your values.
